Virtual Viewing News - OAKHILL LAUNCHES ‘VIRTUAL’ WEBSITE
A £30,000 investment from Oakhill Estate and Lettings agents enabled website development company, Virtual Viewing to create a fully functional and interactive website with state-of-the-art programming that will confirm Oakhill’s commitment and growth within the property market in Milton Keynes.

, which went live this week. Behind the sleek but simple to use design face, the website uses advanced programming created to significantly increase efficiency and productivity through a seamless and fast solution to content management.
Virtual Viewing has designed a programme to integrate and extract data from Vebra, the UK’s No. 1 provider of Estate Agency software and property portal services, which is a first in the UK and will be significant to the distinction of the website.
Virtual Viewing’s unique Online System 4 Content Administrative Release (OSCAR) will allow Oakhill employees to self manage the website and upload information instantly, “imperative in the fast moving industry of property buying and selling” explains Managing Director at Oakhill, Philip Grace. “We needed a fast, sleek and stylish website that was supported by a simple and easy to use administrative facility that my team could access and manage at any time. Virtual Viewing has delivered beyond our expectations not only by creating a superb new media solution but also understanding Oakhill’s personal requirements.”
The OSCAR system will allow Oakhill to upload any new property in ‘real time’ and allow management to guarantee customer’s property to go live the same day when received before 3pm. Each property input into the Oakhill database will now automatically work in sync with Oakhill’s partners, including Rightmove and Homelet, to instantly upload, saving time and delivering immediate additional exposure.
As part of Virtual Viewing’s commitment to understanding Oakhill’s initial briefing, managing director Stewart Bailey spent a week working with staff in their offices as well as flying in programming experts from abroad to ensure complete insight down to the finest detail.

Among the new features on the website are; ‘Property News’ featuring the very latest information and trends in the property market at home and abroad; ‘Oakhill Newsletter’ designed to be a personal tool for Oakhill to make announcements to all its customers; ‘Milton Keynes The Future’ an impressive 3D virtual tour of Milton Keynes* featuring current and future developments to the city, which Oakhill aims to play a large part of. Users will also have the ability to search for properties offline -a perfect tool for business professionals on the move- and automatically updates changes once an internet connection is re-established.
