Domain registration key terms
Service Level Agreements and Standard Pricing
Virtual Viewing operates a fully managed domain name registration service. Please either email us at domains@virtualviewing.co.uk, phone us on 01908 930300 or get in touch with your usual contact at Virtual Viewing if you would like us to register a domain on your behalf or carry out an amendment on an existing domain records that you have registered with us. We will respond to all requests as quickly as we can and within 5 working days. We will provide a quote for all new domain registrations along with a summary of renewal costs valid for the 1st year within 5 working days. The standard charge for an amendment to a domain is £50 + VAT per request per domain unless alternative rates have previously been negotiated. Virtual Viewing reserves the right to postpone amendments to domains, including their transfer to other domain registrars, in the event of unpaid outstanding invoices until these invoices have been settled.
Domain renewals
Virtual Viewing will endeavour to contact you 1 calendar month before the expiry of your domain in order to establish whether you would like us to renew your domain, allow it to expire or transfer it to an alternative domain registrar. If a valid renewal quote exists we will honour this quote, otherwise we will provide a quote for renewal. In the event that we have not received a confirmation of how you would like us to proceed prior to the domain expiry date, Virtual Viewing reserves the right to allow domains to expire.
Making a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the service that you receive relating to a domain registration, please tell us and we will attempt to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

When we receive your complaint we will acknowledge it within five working days.
We will aim to respond within 10 working days once we have fully investigated the situation
If the situation requires a longer investigation, we will contact you within 10 working days to inform you of this and let you know when you can expect our response If you are not happy with the explanation we give you, you can contact our Operations Manager who will review your complaint and respond to you
Domain Abuse
Please report any complaints relating to abuse in connection with a domain that we have registered on behalf of a client to domains@virtualviewing.co.uk. Please title the email Abuse Complaint, followed by the domain name in question and ensure that we are provided with any relevant details in order to allow us to deal with the complaint effectively.
