This amazing app developed by the Virtual Viewing AR team, is an amazing, augmented reality app designed to bring the London physical model to life.
London’s physical models are usually hosted at the nla centre in London and once a year make a trip to Cannes for the world famous MIPIM event.
Using advanced AR technology, the app allows visitors to explore key areas of London by scanning specific locations on the model, unlocking detailed information about each area including rich content, AR avatars, video clips and more.
The app has been developed in partnership with the NLA and RX Global. This app offers a sustainable and innovative addition to London's exhibition offerings, aiming to expand the reach and accessibility of the city’s architectural insights. STEP INTO THE CITY WITH AR
With yet another World first, in early 2025 Virtual Viewing launched the London AR App. For years London has been blessed with amazing physical models, currently hosted at the nla, Guildhall and now these amazing models are getting an AR (Augmented Reality) upgrade.
This amazing app brings the models to life. Users simply download the London AR app, point it at the models and their screen presents them with a wealth of additional information on key buildings and areas. AI generated avatars can guide users through the app, letting them watch impressive videos, learn key stats and much, much more.
