Spaciable and Virtual Viewing Announce Partnership to Deliver Life Cycle-Spanning Digital Solutions for the Residential Sector

London, 18/08/2025 – Spaciable and Virtual Viewing have today announced a new partnership that brings together two complementary digital platforms to create a seamless and comprehensive solution that supports homebuilders, housing providers, property managers and residents from planning through to onward sales.

The property industry is increasingly turning to digital technology to streamline operations, reduce costs and enhance the customer experience. However, solutions are often fragmented, with one set of tools used for early marketing and sales, and another for resident onboarding and long-term building management. This can result in duplicated effort, inconsistent data and missed opportunities to improve engagement with both customers and residents.

This new partnership directly addresses that challenge. By combining Virtual Viewing’s MiHub and SiteSeen platforms with Spaciable’s resident engagement and customer care portal, developers and housing providers can now access a comprehensive, joined-up solution that supports every stage of the residential journey to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.

Virtual Viewing’s MiHub provides a centralised digital twin of a development, integrating BIM models, engineering data and photographic overlays to give teams a single point of truth for building information. This includes its digital O&M service, which consolidates disparate datasets into an accessible format, helping teams maintain the Golden Thread of building information and improve compliance tracking. MiHub also supports sales and marketing teams with immersive tools such as CGI, AR/VR environments, fly-throughs and the SiteSeen app, enabling developments to be presented in highly realistic detail and empowering customers to explore homes off-plan.

Spaciable complements this by providing a multi-lingual customer-facing platform that digitises handovers, home user guides and resident support, and APIs with CRM systems including Zoho, Hubspot and Salesforce. The app allows homeowners and tenants to access vital information about their property, report defects, manage keys and parcels, book facilities, access documents and connect with their community. For homebuilders, landlords and management companies, Spaciable streamlines workflows, improves compliance tracking and creates an auditable trail of resident interactions, all while reducing incoming support calls and improving survey scores.

Together, these two platforms deliver a continuous digital experience – from the moment a development is designed and marketed, through onboarding and move-in, and into long-term occupancy and asset management. For developers and housing providers, this creates efficiency and consistency across the lifecycle of a building. For residents, it ensures a user-friendly, accessible interface that supports them throughout their time in the property.

David Graydon, CEO of Spaciable, said:

"This partnership allows us to connect the operational and resident-facing aspects of residential development in a way that has not been possible before. Virtual Viewing’s expertise in creating digital twins and immersive sales tools sits perfectly alongside Spaciable’s focus on customer care and building management. By joining these elements together, we are enabling developers, housing providers and management companies to deliver a seamless experience that runs from the very first sales conversation through to long-term occupancy. The power of the joined up technology is staggering, and can create an environment where defect reports from homeowners can be represented visually on the building’s digital twin, helping maintenance teams instantly identify the origin of an issue and prevent further disruption.”

Stewart Bailey, Founder and CEO of Virtual Viewing, built upon the excitement around the partnership, saying:

“At Virtual Viewing, our mission has always been to help clients visualise, communicate and manage developments from the earliest design phases.  By partnering with Spaciable, we’re extending that digital thread beyond construction and sales into long-term resident engagement and property management.  This collaboration brings together the best of both platforms – immersive visualisation and robust operational tools – to create a joined-up experience that benefits developers, managers and residents alike.”

This integrated approach reflects a wider industry shift towards lifecycle thinking in residential development. By combining immersive digital twins and visualisation with resident-focused engagement and management features, the partnership enables the creation of truly connected developments where both operational teams and residents benefit from a single, unified digital ecosystem.
